April 1, 2017 -- Dance 4 a Cause

Dance 4 a Cause is a dance spectacular event being held at the Middlesex County Community College to raise awareness & showcase children with special needs. The event is featuring performances by dance schools of the NJ community. Brought to you by Rhythmic Arts and the SKN Foundation. What a celebratory event!

Cosplay Autism Poster

April 1, 2017 -- Cosplay Pro-Wrestling presents "AGE OF COSPLAY"

Join us for a professional wrestling show that showcases wrestlers dressed as your favorite comic book characters at the Old Time Wrestling Arena! Doors open at the Monroe Business Center (1041 Glassboro Rd, Building C, Suite1) in Williamstown, NJ at 6:30pm, bell time is at 7:30pm. During intermission, participate in costume contests for children and teens, complete with prizes and trophies. Advance Tickets: Adults, $10, Children $8, kids under 6 are free. At the Door: Adults, $12, Children $10, kids under 6 free. Receive a $2 discount if you come in costume!

April 3, 2017 -- Stars Shine

Check out this two part autism awareness event!

Begin with Journey to Community Housing with Supports workshop from 4:00-5:30 pm, presented by Amy Smith, Information Services Director, from Autism New Jersey. This workshop will cover navigating the many complex service systems necessary to secure appropriate housing is challenging. This presentation reviews housing models through the experiences of individuals and families, providing suggestions for individual unique housing needs.

Then join the fun at the sixth annual Montclair State University Public Relations Student Society of America benefit for Autism New Jersey! Fresh off a triumphant return to Broadway in “The King and I” after battling and beating Ovarian Cancer, Tony nominated actress Marin Mazzie is set to headline the Montclair State University PRSSA concert on Monday, April 3.  Joining her will be comic Sunda Croonquist, mentalist Manlow, singer Melba Moore and Maria Amsey.  Nominated  for three Tony awards and winner of the 2000 Outer Critics Circle Award for "Kiss Me Kate,"  Mazzie has been nominated for 15 different Broadway awards.  Croonquist is returning for her sixth appearance, and Manlow will be performing in his second benefit concert.  The event will take place at the university's Memorial Auditorium from 7:30-9:30 pm.  Ticket prices are $15 and can be purchased at the door (while they last) or on Eventbrite.

April 29, 2017 -- Aquatics & Fitness Center's Autism Awareness Swim-A-Thon

Come show your support by participating in, sponsoring or attending our event at the Aquatics & Fitness Center on Saturday, April 29th from 10am-1pm. This event is a family-friendly fun time that you won’t want to miss. If swimming laps isn’t your thing, come out and enjoy some play time in the activity pool, or check out the other activities we have planned!  In addition to food and drink available for purchase, check out our craft and game area, vendor fair, and even a "drive in" movie!  You can also donate to the campaign or purchase our custom apparel!

On April 29th 2017, Mallory and the Rockin' for Autism group will be hosting the 2nd annual Rockin' for Autism.  The event will take place in LaGrande Park, Fanwood NJ. This all-day festival will include musical acts, food trucks, vendors, autism workshops, raffles, an obstacle course, sports clinics and more. Plan to come out for a fun, family friendly day and a great cause!

April 30, 2017 -- Rock the Cause

Come and listen to some great NJ Schools of Rock and enjoy the unique venue at Rock the Cause! This event takes place from 1:00pm-8:00pm at the Dunellen Theatre, 458 North Ave in Dunellen, NJ! Enjoy live music, a tricky tray auction and a 50/50 raffle.

Join Precise Publications for its 7th Annual Bike Ride to benefit Autism New Jersey and Somerset Hills Learning Institute. Riders and non-riders are welcome!  Two routes from which riders can choose. A soccer superstar is coming to the Voorhees Soccer Association! Christie is a 2-time-FIFA Women’s World Cup champion, 3-time Olympic gold medalist, and former captain of the United States women’s national soccer team. The Ride for Autism is a one-day charity bicycle tour designed to raise funds for Autism New Jersey and also to raise community awareness about autism.
