An Introduction to Guardianship and Special Needs Planning
September 29, 2020 | 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Planning for the future of a child with autism can be complicated. Who should be designated as the guardian? Should there be bonds and savings accounts in the child’s name? Is an ABLE Account appropriate? This workshop will help participants understand guardianship, power of attorney and medical proxy as well as describe ways to plan for future financial needs.
