38th Annual Conference FAQ

Troubleshooting Keynote/Zoom Audio

Some of you may have experienced audio or video issues with the live Keynote via Zoom.   We’re sorry if you had technical issues.  The recording of the Keynote will be available until January 14, 2021 so you can rewatch Dr. Taylor’s presentation in its entirety or any parts you missed.  The issues only occurred for a small subset of users.  They should not be an issue with the recorded sessions.  Issues often occur with live streaming and can be caused by a weak wifi connection or equipment.

If you have any concerns, you can reach out to us at conference@autismnj.org
