What type of event is this?
We are planning for the 40th Annual Conference to be held in-person with virtual elements.
When, Where, Who
What are the dates and times of the event?
October 20 & 21 from 8:45 am to 4:00 pm. Attendees will also have access to our virtual platform for 90 days following our live, two-day event.
Where is the event?
Who is generally in the audience?
Our audience includes diverse professionals and parents of children and adults with autism. Professional attendees include special and general education teachers, behavior analysts, psychologists, social workers, and speech pathologists.
How many people usually attend?
Our in-person events in 2017, 2018, and 2019 typically drew 1,300 people, and our virtual events in 2020 and 2021 drew approximately 1,100. We expect a similar attendance this October.
Program and CEs
How many workshops will be offered?
We plan to offer 40+ workshops pertaining to individuals of all ages and support needs. Our workshops range from introductory to advanced and cover diverse topics such as instructional strategies, social skills, challenging behavior, state service systems, financial planning, advocacy and more!
New: We are exploring options to include selected recordings of 2020 and 2021 conference!
Will there be a poster session this year?
We have not yet determined if we are hosting a poster session this year. Please let us know if you are interested in presenting a poster.
Will continuing education credits be available?
We plan to offer APA, BACB, ASHA, and SW credits. NJDOE professional development certificates will also be offered.
When can I register?
Registration will open early May.

Our marketing options cover a variety of price points and benefits. More details and applications will be available by early May.
About how many booths/vendors attend?
Our in-person event typically has 100 exhibitors in attendance.
What is the cost of setting up a booth?

Are there qualifications for approval?
Autism New Jersey has a commitment to science-based intervention, so those who submit an application will undergo a clinical review to make sure their services align with our Position Statement on Treatment Recommendations.
Are there other opportunities to interact with the people at the conference?
Our two-day event offers valuable learning and networking possibilities. The layout and schedule of our event gives ample time for attendees to browse the booths, network, and exchange information. The 90-day virtual platform offers additional exposure and features to connect with attendees.
