Drive for Autism 2015

April is National Autism Awareness Month

April has been designated national Autism Awareness Month and provides the perfect opportunity for individuals and organizations across the nation to educate their communities about autism. Autism New Jersey's "Autism Awareness Ambassador Program" enables individuals concerned about autism to raise awareness in their neighborhoods, workplaces, schools and local communities.

Drive for Autism 2015

April 12, 2015 -- 1st Annual Drive for Autism held by Jersey Shore Exotics 

Calling all car enthusiasts:  This event is open to anyone with a passion for vehicles and the desire to help support Autism Awareness.  Any and all cars, trucks or motorcycles are welcome.  Entry fee is $25 per vehicle. 

Route Info:  Drive will run through the beautiful Pine Barrens heading west on Rt. 72.  We will then take Rt.70 east until it turns into Rt. 35 north.  The end point will be at Bar A in Lake Como (Belmar) where we will have an All-You-Can-Eat BBQ for just $15 per person which includes gratuities and tax.

April 18, 2015 -- 21 South Bar & Grille Fundraiser

DJ For a Cure and 21 South Bar & Grille are teaming together to pay tribute to Autism Awareness Month by contributing to this worthy cause. Visit 21 South Bar & Grille from 12-5pm on Saturday, Arpil 18th. There will be a hot & cold buffet, gift auction, entertainment and cash bar (15% of cash bar will be donated to Autism New Jersey). April 24-26, 2015 -- FaeGlen: LARP Autism Fundraiser

The FaeGlen Family and LARP Community raise money for Autism Awareness. The normal Plotlines are put to the side and we enjoy an event that is generally just for fun as the Heroes of Oakhaven enter a world straight out of Fairy Tales. 

First Time Player Cost: $20.00 and receive 5 Build.

May 16, 2015 -- "Pedal for the Puzzle" Bike for Autism

Join Precise Publications for its 5th Annual Bike Ride to benefit Autism New Jersey and Somerset Hills Learning Institute.  Registration now open.  Riders and non-riders are welcome!  Two routes from which riders can choose. $50 for adults; Children under 12 free. Breakfast included for registered riders.  An event t-shirt for all registered guests.  Gourmet lunch by Chef Kristin of the NY Marriott Marquis and Dessert from Blue Sheep Bakery. Ride for Autism

June 13, 2015 -- Ride for Autism

The Ride for Autism is a one-day charity bicycle tour designed to raise funds for Autism New Jersey and also to raise community awareness about autism. Every year, 500-800 riders turn out to participate in this wonderful event.

The Ride for Autism starts and finishes at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ, Monmouth County. The ride is open to all levels of cyclists, from beginner to serious. Participants choose from five routes ranging in length from a 1 mile fun ride on the BCC campus to rides of 10 to 100 miles, designed by the Jersey Shore Touring Society bicycle club.
