Thank you, Ambassadors

With more than 2,195 participants, our Ambassador Program reached every corner of New Jersey.

Autism New Jersey's Awareness Ambassador Program enables individuals concerned about autism to raise awareness in their neighborhoods, workplaces, schools and local communities during April, National Autism Awareness Month.

With the support of these fundraisers, combined with our generous sponsors, the 2016 Ambassador Program brought in thousands of dollars for our important programs on behalf New Jersey's Autism Community. Complete fundraising totals will be available this summer.  We distributed 1,200 free kits, 250 Classroom Resource Packs and fulfilled 326 requests for free awareness materials to communities across the state. Thanks to all the ambassadors who participated.

Thank you for the enthusiasm and dedication of our autism awareness ambassadors in making this another successful Autism Awareness Month! Countless activities were planned to connect the pieces and educate the community about autism. Funds raised stay in the state to help families that have loved ones with autism. Check out this year's highlights below and visit the hubfor a complete listing and photos of ambassador activities.

April may be over, but our mission to spread autism awareness and build acceptance continues all year round.
